- Your ticket status will be under “Processing” while we process your purchase within 2 business day.
- We will update your ticket automatically in your WeTix account and a confirmation email will also be send to you.
- Your ticket status will change to “Completed” and you may use your ticket now.
- Kindly present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) on your mobile along with your IC or Passport at the ticketing counter for redeem the admission ticket.
