- IOI City Farm is Malaysia's first indoor urban wildlife adventure park with exhibits with wonderful plants, mammals, birds and aquatic life!
- No cancellation and date changes upon confirming purchase is done.
- Last Redemption for the day is at 20:00
- Once payment is complete, you may check your ticket status at “My Ticket under “Travel” tab.
- We will update your ticket automatically in your WeTix account and a confirmation email will also be send to you.
- Your ticket status will change to “Completed” and you may use your ticket now.
- Kindly present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) on your mobile at the ticketing counter for ticket validation.
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Parents/Guardian are advised to guide/control their children under their care during the interaction with plants/animals or aquatic animals
- All visitors to the farm are strictly required to adhere to all rules in the farm
- Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
