A: The tour takes about one hour to complete.

A: Visitors must arrive during the designated date and time frame. As group assignments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, there may be a need to wait in line for entry. Please allow for some waiting time.
- Q: WHAT IS THE LASTEST CHECK-IN TIME FOR MY TICKET TIME FRAME?
For daytime ticket holders, we suggest arriving before 5:00 pm as the last daytime tour starts at 5:45 pm on weekdays and 5:50 pm on weekends. The last evening tour for both weekdays and weekends begins at 10:00 pm. If you are late for your daytime entry, you will be required to pay the price difference for an evening ticket.
- Q: CAN I RE-ENTER THE VENUE WITH THE SAME TICKET?
A: No, a new ticket is required for each visit. All tickets are limited to one-time use only.
- Q: IS THE CONJURING UNIVERSE TOUR SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
A: The experience contains scary themes and experiences; we strongly recommend that all children under the age of 15 be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct whilst on these premises.
